The Political Action Committee is gearing up for another busy year. If you are interested in talking with local MLAs and regional health authority members about nursing and health care issues, then contact Phyllis Visscher at (403) 783-3048 or Tom Smethhurst at (403) 783-2954 (co-chairs of the Political Action Committee). The committee is planning to befitting with the MLAs in February 1999 to talk about privatization, health legislation, nursing recruitment, and other pertinent issues.
