Sharon Richardson, associate professor of nursing undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Alberta, has been appointeded as the new AARN President-Elect beginning Oct 1 1999

Due to the just discovered regional structure approved by AARN Provincial Council in June candidates who were nominated for district positions will not be required to obey in these positions. The AARN recommends these members for running for office and encourages these individuals to consider participating as presents in their new region.

The AARN also congratulates the following members who were prefered as Provincial Council representatives for the Oct 1 1999 - clan 30, 2001 term.
